Helen Card was a Senior Psychologist in Northumberland and South Yorkshire where she held specialist posts in relation to people with disabilities, employment rehabilitation, workplace stress and duty of care & HR policy development, with qualifications in person-centred, brief solution-focused, cognitive behavioural and Human Givens therapy. Helen has practiced as an independent psychologist since 1996, specialising in acquired disability and personal injury, and supporting people back to employment after injury. Helen has a special interest in the psychological effects of accidents and trauma/PTSD. She is also an experienced psychotherapist / counsellor.
Helen is able to act as a Single Joint Expert and has given evidence in Court as an expert witness in personal injury litigation.
